BOOKING CONDITIONS PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Activities are offered for a minimum of 12 children, and must be booked in advance. Reservations are only effective once the booking form, duly dated and signed by the applicant, has been returned, together with payment of a 30% deposit.
• The booking form must be signed and the deposit paid no later than three weeks before the date of the visit. Any payment not received by the deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation. All payments received are forfeited to the Musée maritime et portuaire.
• For accredited schools, if your group has fewer than 12 students on the day of your visit, we will not be able to provide the activities, and you will be offered an unaccompanied tour. For schools without an agreement, the price will be calculated on the basis of 12 students.
• Any cancellation or significant drop in the number of participants must be notified in writing (letter or e-mail) at least one week before the date scheduled for the visit. Failing this, the service will be invoiced on the basis originally planned.
